Customer Challenge: unite disparate office and mobile healthcare colleagues, managers and administrators in a secure, closed communication network. Desired communications methods are voice, message and chat.

Solution: We divided the system among the 3 most important communication platforms, iOS, Android and web. The web platform managed the entire system and allowed seamless communication between all iOS, Android and web devices. A custom “chat” application provided chat functionality and a VOIP server allowed calls between 2 to 20 colleagues regardless of their device.

All communications and data reside on secure servers and all communications under https-secured channels.

The project passed the pilot phase with 500 users and is now rolling out to all their 6,000 doctors, health providers and administrators.
