Who we are

We are a U.S.-Peruvian team excited to build another successful project. With headquarters in Bethlehem, Pa and development in Lima, Peru, we work at the same times you do to be in sync with your business.
Art Oberbeck Managing Director, Founder I have held management, sales and professional services positions in my 20-year career in software. Starting at Netscape, I have worked with various Silicon Valley companies developing application development/modeling tools, distributed databases, XML data integration tools and market research software. I then managed offshore development from both perspectives, first providing resources from India, then soliciting resources as the CIO of a topic-networking internet company. I teamed up with Kenneth in 2011 and have shared a great partnership with him ever since.
Kenneth Lopez Development Director I have been solving business problems with software for over half my life. The son of an engineer, fascinated with MS-DOS, I helped family friends with their computer problems, then how they could use their computers to improve their business. At University, I enlisted my friends to take on bigger projects. At graduation we started Tekton Labs and haven’t looked back after 300+ projects. In 2011 I found Art and a partner who joined with us to help more businesses navigate and benefit from custom mobile and internet appliations.
